- All handmade items are 100% NEW and sew WHOLELY by both of my hands.

所有手作物品都是 100% 全新出炉和全手工制作。

- SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY.

- Items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. 货物售出，恕不退换。

- We will not hold any responsibilities for any damages or losses occurs during delivery. Every items will be goes through quality check before sending out.

如物品在运送途中毁坏/遗失，我们将不负责任何赔偿。所有物品都会确保完好无缺后才会寄出。

- Colors may vary from screen to screen or any other lighting issue , We shall not be held liable for this issue.不同的荧幕会呈现出不同的色调，我们不接受色差为退货理由。

- Reservations can be held for 48 hours only, please kindly make payment within 48 hours. Otherwise the products will be sold to the next customer, first come first serve. For those who've made a reservation but do not make any payment with no reason after 48 hours, will automatically listed into our blacklist.

所有物品只能保留48小时，请在48小时内汇款。 否则该物品将转售下一个顾客, 先到先得。保留后不付款，并不告知原因者，将被自动被列入黑名单。

✿ Payment method:

- For local buyers, we only accept payment via CimbBank.

- For international buyers, we accept payment via PayPal (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE). Please make sure you make your payment within 3 days once confirmation is made or else your order(s) will be canceled.

* Payment made through PAYPAL will be charged extra 5% from total bill.

✿ Remakes & Custom Mades:

- Currently we just accept custom orders for key holders, passport holders, handphone pouches, handphone straps and key chains :)

- Please allow us to finish your order(s) within 2 to 3 weeks upon receiving your payment(s) & order(s) due to busy schedules.
