As Pos Express restricted to document sending only,
so SKYNET will be used as the mailing method.
The rate will be
West Malaysia : 1st kg = RM6.00-10.00, following kg = RM1.50-3.00
East Malaysia : 1st kg = RM10.00-RM26.00
Rates above will be different depends on region.
